The interior design concept for the Smolna 23 apartments was inspired by the architecture of Warsaw’s interwar buildings, known for their elegance and attention to detail.
The proposed arrangements create a dialogue between classical heritage and contemporary trends in modern urban living. The interiors draw inspiration from modernism and art déco — styles defined by harmonious proportions, geometric detail, and refined craftsmanship.
The colour palette flows seamlessly from light, creamy tones and natural wood — enhancing a sense of spaciousness and light — to deep walnut, anthracite, and bronze, adding contrast and a sophisticated, moody atmosphere.
Finishes such as natural stone, fine wood veneers, brushed brass, and velvet emphasise the refined character of the interiors while ensuring a timeless feel. Elements like geometric patterns, borders, discreet art déco-inspired ornamentation, and the restrained forms of contemporary design come together to create interiors with a boutique feel — giving Smolna 23 its distinct identity.
These apartments are spaces where tradition and modernity exist in perfect harmony.
The design concept is available in two stylistic versions — one dark, one light.
The darker option, with its deep tones and dark-stained wood, evokes a sense of intimacy and depth. The light version is built on softness and balance — featuring warm natural woods, creamy tones, subtle gold accents, and polished stone. This material combination brings a sense of calm, clarity, and quiet elegance.
