A two-level apartment in one of Gdynia’s modern buildings — designed with meticulous attention to detail.
Instead of a standard layout, the entrance leads directly from the ground level, where the garage and vestibule are located, while the main living area occupies the upper floor. This spatial solution creates a clear separation between functional zones.
The first floor features an open-plan layout that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Every element has been carefully selected to give the interior a distinctive and personal character. The focal point of the dining space is a custom-designed table made of oak veneer and Patagonia quartzite. Behind it, decorative wall panels add texture and interplay with the lighting, creating contrast against the smooth surfaces.
Brushed brass brings warmth and subtle sheen, harmonizing with the interior’s light-toned palette. Lighting by Atelier Areti and Gubi, along with curated pieces like the mirror by Zieta Studio, complete the arrangement with a refined, contemporary finish.
